From the IFA consumer electronics show in Berlin to the 2026 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS), AI hardware, technical services and application practices have become hot topics. Industry insiders say that as the scale of Chinese AI products going overseas continues to grow, three major trends are emerging: AI hardware is gaining favor, application solutions are meeting local needs to upgrade traditional industries, and Chinese enterprises are accelerating the on-the-ground expansion of overseas operations. At IFA, Ling.ai debuted its palm-sized multimodal AI exploration device 'Xiaofangji' and the question-asking reading robot 'Luka,' both drawing crowds. In ASEAN countries, AI is becoming a key cooperation lever as digital ties with China deepen across e-commerce, cross-border payments and smart logistics. Chinese AI service providers are helping enterprises rebuild a 'global expansion plus local operations' foundation; for example, Kingdee has built-in localized compliance packages covering Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. At CIFTIS in Beijing, AI-related content remained a focal point for domestic and overseas participants, with international AI cooperation continuing to heat up.
