2) China Supply Info account (or referred to as "the account" in this article): It is the unique identity provided by our company to you on the China Supply Info platform. You can set your own password, and after logging in with this account, you can use various functions of China Supply Info to check or measure your transaction records and account balance.
3) Internet information: the sponsor in this article publishes or transmits, uploads, and broadcasts information through the China Supply Info platform, including but not limited to sports DIY、 Legitimate forms such as conferences, training, competitions, recruitment, exhibitions, public welfare, etc. Among them, activities are divided into paid activities and free activities: A. 9) You fully understand and agree that our company has the right to unilaterally change the content of this agreement at any time and publish it on this website without separate notice to you; If you continue to use this service after the announcement of changes in the content of this agreement, it means that you have fully read, understood, and accepted the modified agreement content, and will also use this service in accordance with the modified agreement content; If you do not agree with the modified agreement, you should stop using this service.

11. The basic requirements for registering a China Supply Info account are:
1) Bear the telephone and internet fees related to this service paid by oneself for internet access;
2) Equip oneself with the necessary equipment for internet access, including personal computers, modems, or other essential internet devices.
12. When using the China Supply Info platform services, you should provide your information accurately and completely according to the prompts of the China Supply Info platform, so that China Supply Info can contact you when necessary. You understand and agree that you have an obligation to ensure the legality, authenticity, timeliness, and effectiveness of the information you provide. You shall not register with false or fraudulent resident identity information, enterprise registration information, organizational code, etc. Any responsibility arising from untrue or inaccurate user information shall be borne by you. After successful registration, if the information you have filled in changes, you should promptly log in to the China Supply Info website or app to change the relevant content.
13. If China Supply Info finds that the registration and account information you have provided may be illegal, untrue, or invalid, it has the right to delete the relevant information or cancel your account.
14. You are not allowed to lend the account obtained through registration on this website to others for use. Otherwise, you will bear all the responsibilities arising from this and be jointly and severally liable with the actual user. 17. If you post, transmit, upload, or livestream content on the China Supply Info platform that does not comply with the provisions of this agreement, our company has the right to block or delete the information, and take measures such as warning and account suspension. Our company's handling of illegal information does not exempt you from legal responsibilities. At the same time, our company has the right to file corresponding civil lawsuits against your illegal and irregular behavior, pursue your infringement, breach of contract, or other civil liabilities, or transfer it to administrative authorities for administrative penalties, or transfer it to judicial authorities for criminal liability. If your behavior causes serious impact and leads to China Supply Info platform being involved in public events, China Supply Info has the right to claim damages from you.

20. If you post or livestream any paid activities, you must have the corresponding charging license, qualification or qualification. 21. When you post any event, you must ensure the safety of all participants during the event, including but not limited to personal safety, property safety, etc. Therefore, you need to hold a "Fire Safety Inspection Opinion Letter". If the safety of China Supply Info users is compromised while participating in your event, you must compensate the participants in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and bear the losses caused to our company as a result.
Transaction collection
22. Collection on behalf of others: You irrevocably authorize our company to collect, pay, deposit, and transfer funds on behalf of all transactions that occur on China Supply Info. When using this feature, participants who register according to the process will have their registration fees entered into the China Supply Info transaction security system; After the participant confirms completion of the activity or within a certain period of time after the end of the activity, the organizer will consider the participant to have completed the activity, and the company will settle the registration fee collected on behalf of the participant to the organizer. If there are other special agreements between the two parties and the relevant trading platform regarding the payment time of all or part of the transaction funds, they shall be executed in accordance with the special agreements. When the organizer completes the withdrawal operation of the registration fee, the registration fee of the participant will be transferred to the organizer's account according to the trading system of China Supply Info platform. The act of China Supply Info platform collecting the payment on behalf of the participant is not considered as China Supply Info platform collecting the registration fee from the participant, nor is it considered as any guarantee or commitment to the activity.
23. Account authentication: When using the services provided by China Supply Info, our company has the right to require you to provide your relevant information to China Supply Info for authentication in accordance with national laws, regulations, and government rules. At the same time, according to the latest regulatory requirements, China Supply Info will take measures such as restricting the viewing of registration information for unverified organizers. Please complete the authentication as soon as possible. After the authentication is passed, you can view the complete registration information and withdraw funds from your account. Certification requires you to provide:
1) A certain amount of authentication service fee;
2) Your ID card front and back photos;
3) The company name and a copy of the business license of the enterprise;
4) Other necessary documents.
24. Application for withdrawal: Under the condition that the rules of this agreement are met and your account has passed the review of China Supply Info, you can apply to the company to withdraw the funds in your China Supply Info account to your effective bank account in Chinese Mainland, and the account opening name of the bank account must be consistent with your name that has passed the identity authentication of China Supply Info platform.
25. Transfer Time: Except for frozen or restricted funds, our company will transfer the corresponding funds to the bank account within one to five working days after the review results meet the withdrawal conditions and receiving the withdrawal instructions. The arrival time may vary depending on the bank to which the account you provided belongs. In addition, our company conducts a risk review on withdrawal behavior, which may result in withdrawal delays.
26. Refusal to withdraw: When your withdrawal request or personal behavior violates the collection service agreement or industry rules, our company has the right to refuse your withdrawal request and inform you of the reasons for the refusal.
27. Withdrawal Failure: When the bank card information you provided is incorrect and causes withdrawal failure, our company allows you to modify the bank card account information and will provide you with the corresponding entry in the China Supply Info client.
user participation
28. When you use the China Supply Info platform to register, comment or like, your nickname must not contain inductive advertising content, such as using the incentive mechanism to attract attention to the official account, to attract friends, etc. It is not allowed to contain content claiming to be from the official website of China Supply Info, China Supply Info assistant, official personnel, internal employees, etc.
The comments you post on the China Supply Info platform should comply with online ethics and customs, and comply with relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. The comments shall not contain inductive advertising content, such as the use of incentive mechanisms to attract attention to official account, and to attract friends; Do not make statements that harm the interests of others or maliciously defame or damage the image of others.
Dispute Resolution
30. Once again, we remind you that China Supply Info is an activity information platform that provides users with Internet information services. Participants should make rational choices about the activities they want to participate in, carefully read and understand all the instructions of the activities, and assume corresponding obligations, such as filling out registration information, paying, and bearing necessary expenses and risks that may be required to participate in the activities. The organizer of the event shall truthfully fill in the details of the event and ensure the authenticity of the event. They shall assume the contractual responsibility for publishing, transmitting, uploading, and live streaming the event, be responsible to the participants, promise free activities, and shall not charge additional fees. For fee based activities, a specific fee list shall be provided and participants shall be informed of the details.
31. Any transaction disputes between event participants and event organizers shall be resolved through mutual consultation. Both parties may request China Supply Info to provide necessary assistance, but China Supply Info shall not be liable for resolving disputes or for compensation or indemnification as a result.
When one party to the dispute chooses to resolve the transaction dispute through mediation organizations, administrative departments, arbitration institutions, or courts, China Supply Info will disclose relevant information in accordance with the requirements of the relevant organizations, departments, and the China Supply Info Privacy Policy.
According to the rules of China Supply Info platform, if you have a transaction dispute on the platform, China Supply Info platform will provide six months of transaction protection after the end of the activity. After six months of the transaction, China Supply Info will not be able to supervise the transaction process. In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests, please handle the transaction dispute in a timely manner within six months or notify us in writing to intervene.
4、 Third party services

35. You understand and agree that in order to provide you with a better user experience, when you use third-party services, the third party may come into contact with and use your China Supply Info account information and related operational information in the third-party services.
If you encounter any disputes while using third-party services, please contact the third party directly. China Supply Info does not assume any responsibility, but will provide necessary assistance according to law as needed.
5、 Value added services
37. The company's Internet value-added services are provided by charging. If you use value-added services, please comply with the relevant agreements.
38. You understand and agree that our company may modify and change the charging standards and methods for value-added services based on actual needs. Our company may also start charging for some free services. Prior to the aforementioned modifications, changes, or commencement of charges, China Supply Info will notify or inform on the corresponding page. If you do not agree with the above modifications, changes, or paid content, you should stop using the service.
6、 Fee Standards
For users who publish or live stream free activities or do not use payment functions or services, China Supply Info provides basic platform services for free.
40. Users who use the payment function will not be charged any payment processing fees for paid registration orders generated on the China Supply Info platform. The sponsor only needs to bear 0.6% of the payment channel service fee charged by WeChat, Alipay, banking institutions and other "payment channel providers". If there are other agreements between the two parties regarding traffic packages, referral cards, super packages, sharing cooperation, etc., follow their agreement.
This standard will be officially implemented from 0:00:00 on September 1, 2025.
7、 Notice and Announcement
41. China Supply Info will publish notifications and announcements in a prominent position on the user interface.
42. China Supply Info will not notify you of the content of the announcement separately. The notices and announcements posted on this platform are deemed to have been read and agreed upon by you.
43. China Supply Info has the unilateral right to interpret notices and announcements that have been published.
8、 Limitations and Responsibilities of Use
44. When using this service, you shall comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, the laws and regulations of your country or region, and relevant international practices, and shall not use this service for any illegal purposes or in any illegal way.
45. You are not allowed to use this service to engage in the following behaviors, otherwise you shall bear all relevant legal responsibilities. If this causes damage to the company or its employees, you shall be liable for compensation. Including but not limited to:
1) Spreading false and fraudulent information to obtain information or property from others;
2) Posting or transmitting, uploading, live streaming, coercing or inducing others to participate in gambling, introducing and teaching gambling skills and methods, selling gambling equipment, etc. to promote gambling content;
3) Spreading illegal items such as buying and selling invoices, counterfeit cigarettes, currency, stolen goods, smuggled items, wildlife products such as ivory or tiger bones, drugs, listening devices, military weapons, human organs, drugs, state secrets, etc;
4) Spreading illegal documents such as certificates and seals, proxy ID cards, passports, Hong Kong and Macao travel permits, marriage certificates, household registration books, academic degree certificates, etc;
5) Spreading illegal and irregular processing of credit cards, credit card withdrawals, provident fund withdrawals, medical insurance card withdrawals, mobile phone card copying, and other content;

48. The company shall not be liable for any damages caused by any of the following circumstances, including but not limited to losses in profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
1) Our company has the right, based on unilateral judgment, including but not limited to our belief that you have violated the express provisions and spirit of this agreement, to suspend, interrupt or terminate the provision of this service or any part thereof to you, and to remove your data.
2) Our company has the right to suspend or terminate the use of the account without notice (including but not limited to canceling transactions, adjusting accounts, and other restrictive measures on the funds and in transit transactions under the account), and refuse to allow you to use part or all of the functions of this service when we discover abnormal transactions, doubts, or concerns about violating legal provisions or the provisions of this agreement.
3) When necessary, our company may terminate the provision of this service without prior notice, suspend, close or delete the account and all relevant information and files in your account, and return all legal funds held in the account to your bank account.
49. If the system cannot operate normally due to the following conditions, which prevent you from using various services, our company will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:
1) Our company announced a system shutdown maintenance period on the China Supply Info client;
2) Telecommunications equipment malfunctions and cannot transmit data;
3) Due to force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, terrorist attacks, etc., our company's system is unable to perform business due to obstacles;
4) Service interruption or delay caused by hacker attacks, technical adjustments or malfunctions in telecommunications departments, website upgrades, issues with banks, third-party payment tools, and other reasons.
50. Any losses caused by your fault shall be borne by you, and our company shall not be liable for any damages. Such faults include but are not limited to: forgetting or leaking passwords, passwords being cracked by others, and your mobile phone or other terminal being hacked by others.
51. Within the scope permitted by law, the company hereby declares that China Supply Info shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the user's publication, transmission, uploading, or live streaming of information. The user shall be solely responsible for the information published, transmitted, uploaded, or live streaming and shall not be liable to China Supply Info. China Supply Info shall be exempt from any liability arising therefrom.
10、 Applicable jurisdiction of law
52. The validity, interpretation, modification, execution, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the absence of relevant legal provisions, reference shall be made to general international business practices and/or industry practices. If any part of this agreement is deemed illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not affect the validity of other contents.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China and shall be under the jurisdiction of the Xinbei District People's Court of Changzhou City.
