HONG KONG, May 29, 2026 - Zhejiang China Small Commodity City Group Co., Ltd. (600415.SH), operator of the world's largest small commodities wholesale market, officially submitted its main board listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with HSBC and CITIC Securities serving as joint sponsors. As of the filing date, the company's A-share market capitalization stood at approximately 70 billion yuan.
The company's prospectus revealed strong financial performance: revenue grew from 11.281 billion yuan in 2023 to 15.475 billion yuan in 2024, and further to 19.707 billion yuan in 2025, representing a compound annual growth rate of approximately 32.2%. Net profit attributable to shareholders increased from 2.681 billion yuan to 4.216 billion yuan over the same period.
Q1 2026 continued the growth momentum, with revenue reaching 4.593 billion yuan, up 45.29% year-on-year, and net profit of 990 million yuan, up 23.29%. The company stated that the Hong Kong listing represents a key step in its globalization strategy, aiming to leverage international capital to accelerate its transformation into a leading global trade integrated service platform.
