The 2026 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) "Beijing Day" investment matchmaking event concluded successfully at the Shougang Park on September 10, focusing on deep integration of capital and the AI industry.
Hosted by the Beijing Municipal People's Government and organized by the Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center and Bank of China's Beijing branch, the event gathered more than 200 representatives from investment institutions, AI tech firms and government/park stakeholders, with support from over a dozen top-tier investors including Free Fund, Hua Ying Capital, Ming Hong, Oriza and Legend Star.
In his opening remarks, Li Sanzhong of the Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center promoted Beijing's AI advantages and business environment, pledging continued openness to quality projects and capital.
Bank of China Beijing's technology-finance center introduced a comprehensive financial service suite for the computing-power industry chain — "Token Link" — offering full-lifecycle services including 7×24 digital-yuan targeted settlement, helping build a computing-power ecosystem.
Having completed its technology build-up, China's AI industry in 2026 has entered a new phase of "application-led, deployment-first," with competition shifting from parameter races to scenario landing and commercial closed-loops — making capital empowerment central to scaling AI enterprises.
