Such "highlight moments" are multiplying: Chinese firms have released the world's largest open-source model by parameters, domestic large-model call volume has led the world for weeks, intelligent compute scale ranks among the top globally, humanoid-robot count exceeds half the world's total, and AI-technology adoption in above-scale manufacturers exceeds 30%.
The acceleration rests on a unique innovation soil: top-level design (the "AI+" action in the government work report and the 15th Five-Year Plan), a new-type whole-nation system organizing compute, data and talent, a super-large market with rich scenarios, and an open ecosystem where Chinese open-source model downloads lead the world. The path—technology breakthrough, industry landing, public-welfare empowerment—is becoming a virtuous cycle.
