According to Shanghai Securities News, at the fourth creditors' meeting of Hozon New Energy (parent of Neta Auto) held online on September 11, the draft restructuring plan showed that Zhejiang Taiyi Shenglian Enterprise Management Partnership intends to invest 3 billion yuan to take control, acquiring about 70.62% of Hozon New Energy's equity. Corporate records indicate Taiyi Shenglian was established in April 2026, backed by individuals connected to Shenzhen-listed Shanzhi High-Tech. The investment marks a key step in Neta Auto's bankruptcy restructuring, though uncertainty remains over the company's production resumption and supply chain recovery. The market will watch for the plan's implementation, fund availability, and subsequent operational integration.
