Zhejiang China Commodities City Group's 2026 semi-annual report, published September 12, shows Yiwu's H1 foreign trade reached 486.42 billion yuan, up 19.9% year on year, with exports of 420.72 billion yuan (+17.3%) and imports of 65.70 billion yuan (+39.1%).

Yiwu's trade networks now span 233 countries and regions; H1 trade with Africa, ASEAN and the EU reached 102.64 billion, 78.21 billion and 45.81 billion yuan, up 42.7%, 63.5% and 13.7% respectively, cushioning external volatility through diversification.
The group is accelerating digital-physical integration, expanding into drones, robots, smart wearables and IP trendy products, while Yiwu Pay's cross-border payment volume surpassed 2.51 billion US dollars in H1, covering 179 countries and regions.
