According to Shanghai Securities News on September 11, at the fourth creditors' meeting of Hozon New Energy (parent of Neta Auto) held online, the draft restructuring plan shows Zhejiang Taiyi Shenglian Enterprise Partnership intends to invest 3 billion yuan to take control, acquiring about 70.62% of Hozon.
Corporate records show "Taiyi Shenglian" was established in April 2026, formed by Zhejiang Shanzhi Holdings and Zhejiang Shanziyuxu Technology, with actual controllers tied to Shanzhi Hi-Tech chairman Ye Ji.
The investment entity's background links to Shanzhi Hi-Tech figures; uncertainty remains over Neta's subsequent resumption of production and supply-chain repair. The market will watch restructuring implementation, fund availability and operational integration.
The case highlights ongoing consolidation in China's NEV sector as weaker players seek revival through capital restructuring amid intensifying competition.
