According to Yiwu customs and the International Land Port Group on September 10, 2026, the Yiwu Express (Cross-Border) Supervision Center recorded cumulative exports of USD 450 million in the first eight months of 2026, more than double the full-year total of 2025.
The center now processes nearly 10,000 cross-border parcels daily to over 30 countries and regions. The parcel pickup cycle has been compressed from two to three days to just one day.
The efficiency gains come from a nationally pioneered digital consolidation model combining "manifest plus customs declaration" and "inspection before loading," which integrates cross-border e-commerce, general trade and market-purchased goods into the same container, saving approximately 500 RMB per container.
Yiwu has built a multi-channel logistics network including TIR international road transport, land-air intermodal connections and sea-rail transit, providing strong support for global small-commodity trade.
