The 2026 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit, held November 2-5 in Zhejiang, featured more than 100 robots from companies such as AgiBot, UBTECH, Unitree and Zhongke Wujiji. The robots moved beyond demonstrations to real tasks - making beds, delivering packages, massaging and directing traffic.
The summit's AI narrative could be summarized in three words: deployment, diversity and future. From AI music-video generators that turn a photo into a clip in five minutes, to smart pharmacy robots completing order picking, AI is expanding from daily necessities to office, entertainment and wellness scenarios, while also helping enterprises in production.
