(News broadcast): Since the launch of the Beidou-3 global satellite navigation system, it has continued to be upgraded iteratively. It has transformed from an aerospace project into an important infrastructure that benefits people's livelihood and enables industries, highlighting the strong development vitality of China's independent navigation technology.

In the vast wind farms in Inner Mongolia, drones equipped with domestically produced Beidou chips are cleaning wind turbines at high altitude. In the past, manual hoisting ropes were used, and one fan had to be washed for a whole day.
Not only at the homework site, Beidou also guards people's daily travel. The "Eagle Eye Guardian" warning system based on Beidou has achieved second level warnings for traffic risks such as sudden braking and lane changing on bends.

Nowadays, Beidou has deeply integrated into various industries. In Hunan, Beidou terminals have been installed in the walls and foundations of old residential areas. Even millimeter level displacements can be accurately captured by the "Beidou" in space; In Hubei, the Beidou based integrated monitoring network of heaven and earth is rapidly expanding, making water ecological protection more precise and efficient. On the consumer end, there are over 60 mobile terminals that support Beidou SMS, widely used in fields such as smartphones, wearable devices, and passenger cars.
At the same time, the Beidou "circle of friends" continues to expand. Beidou has been recognized by the United Nations and has become one of the four major global satellite navigation systems, with related products exported to more than 140 countries and regions.

Behind each application scenario is the accelerated formation of the Beidou industry. At present, China has established a full chain Beidou industry chain covering core components, terminal products, industry application solutions, and operational services. By 2025, the output value of China's satellite navigation and location service industry with Beidou as the core will reach 629 billion yuan.
At present, China is planning to build the next generation of Beidou system. In the future, Beidou navigation services will also extend from Earth to the lunar space.
According to the plan, during the 15th Five Year Plan period, China will continue to implement the Beidou large-scale application project, expanding the application scenarios and scale. By the end of the 15th Five Year Plan, the scale of the Beidou industry is expected to exceed 1 trillion yuan. (Editor in charge: zx0204)
