On October 26, AgiBot (Zhiyuan) unveiled the safety-grade heavy-duty embodied robot Spirit G2 Max at its AI WAVE release series, China Securities Journal reported. The robot offers a 20 kg single-arm load and a 40 kg rated (50 kg peak) dual-arm load, with arm repeat positioning accuracy within ±0.5 mm.
Engineered for adaptability rather than raw payload, its vertical working range spans 0.1 to 2.5 meters, the waist pitch joint can tilt forward so pallets can be placed against walls without a 1.5 m clearance, and dual hot-swappable batteries support continuous operation. On an AgiBot T1 line at a robotics factory it handles joint-shell and assembly搬运 at a 2.5-minute-per-robot tempo.
In a leading e-commerce warehouse scenario, the official success rate exceeds 99%, with 80 boxes depalletized and 75 palletized per hour. The model will be shown at AgiBot's Innovation Day on October 29.
AgiBot emphasizes that industrial buyers care less about peak specs and more about "deployable without modifying the line," stable tempo and night-shift coverage — the factors that drive repeat orders.
