At the 2026 World Manufacturing Congress, which opened in Hefei, Anhui on September 20, a 1,000-square-meter intelligent-connected NEV exhibition zone showcased the full industry chain—from complete vehicles to core components, hardware manufacturing and AI large models—presenting a panorama of frontier technologies and typical application scenarios.
The vehicle showcase brought together new products such as Volkswagen Anhui's ID. UNYX 08, Denza N9, Avatr 07L, Voyah Dreamer, Hongqi S800 and NIO ES9. The motor and e-drive section featured Chery's intelligent vector dual-motor and multi-in-one systems; the chip section highlighted NIO's Shenji NX9031 computing chip, cockpit chips and automotive-grade drive ICs; and the power-battery section spanned liquid, semi-solid and all-solid-state routes, with CATL's Qilin, BYD's second-generation blade and Gotion's "Golden Stone" solid-state cells all on display.
Organizers said the zone aims to build an industry exchange platform that helps upstream and downstream players match supply and demand, reflecting how China's NEV industry is upgrading from single products to systemic, full-chain innovation.
