On August 31, 2026, ZhiPingFang announced that its AlphaBot 2 (AiBao) robot, powered by an original brain-inspired architecture embodied large model, has been deployed at a bar in Hong Kong's Lan Kwai Fong district. The robot provides cocktail-making and interactive services to customers, marking Hong Kong's first real-world open-scenario service robot deployment. The robot has achieved legal, compliant, and sustainable normalized operation in a real commercial environment. Bar environments present complex variables including noise, crowds, and unpredictable interactions, posing comprehensive challenges to the robot's environmental perception, task planning, motion control, and human-machine interaction — far more demanding than exhibition demonstrations. Stable operation in such a noisy, open environment validates the reliability of its generalization capabilities.
