Shaanxi Province Announces Financial Subsidies for EV High-Power Charging Infrastructure

On September 1, 2026, Shaanxi Province announced the issuance of the "Shaanxi Provincial EV High-Power Charging Facility Construction Financial Subsidy Plan." The plan provides provincial-level industrial funds to subsidize public high-power charging facility construction projects (including charging and swap stations with high-power facilities) that complete the full process of filing, investment, construction, completion inspection, and commercial operation during 2026-2027. The financial subsidies aim to reduce operator construction costs, accelerate the deployment of high-power supercharging networks, address charging infrastructure gaps, and further unlock new energy vehicle consumption potential in the province.
