29th Chengdu International Motor Show Generates 5.58 Billion Yuan in Transactions

The 29th Chengdu International Motor Exhibition concluded on August 30, 2026, at the China Western International Expo City. According to the organizing committee, the show attracted 927,800 visitors, generated 32,994 orders, and achieved a total transaction value of 5.58 billion yuan. BYD's Dynasty series flagship luxury sedan "Dahan" made its global debut at the show, with five BYD sub-brands — Dynasty, Ocean, Denza, Fangchengbao, and Yangwang — showcased together. Chery Group presented five brands, Hongmeng Zhixing displayed its full five-brand matrix, and XPENG's MONA L03 debuted with second-generation VLA intelligent driving. Xiaomi Auto's Pengcheng N90 Max and N70 Max also made their motor show debut, highlighting the growing prominence of Chinese NEV brands.
