China Releases New Mandatory National Safety Standard GB 7258-2026 for Motor Vehicles

On September 1, 2026, the State Administration for Market Regulation approved and released the "Technical Conditions for Motor Vehicle Operation Safety" (GB 7258-2026), a mandatory national standard that will take effect on July 1, 2027.
