Farizon (Yuanjing) Commercial Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd., a Geely affiliate, has increased its registered capital from about 1.15 billion yuan to roughly 1.21 billion yuan, according to corporate-registry data reported on October 30. The change is the fourth capital increase this month alone, lifting registered capital from about 490 million yuan to 1.21 billion yuan — a rise of roughly 150%.
The company, founded in July 2021 with legal representative Dai Qing, operates in battery manufacturing and sales, enterprise management consulting, and related businesses, and is held by Geely's Zhejiang Farizon New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group, Li Shufu, and other entities. Analysts said the rapid, repeated cash injections provide backing for R&D in core three-electric (battery, motor, electronic control) technologies, capacity release, and battery-swap network expansion, accelerating the rollout of both electric and methanol-hydrogen routes and consolidating its edge in the new-energy commercial-vehicle segment.
The trend underscores how China's commercial-vehicle makers are scaling electrified and alternative-fuel powertrains through sustained capital deployment.
