At the '2026 Pazhou Endeavor · Engine Toward New' AI Industry Insight Conference in Guangzhou's Haizhu district on Oct. 20, Guangdong's first government-led one-stop 'AI Factory' was officially launched.
Guided by the Haizhu District AI Development Bureau and led by Haizhu Urban Development Group, the factory integrates five core resources — computing power, models, tools, data and scenarios — provided by Volcano Engine. It offers inclusive, one-stop public AI services to pan-AI enterprises, OPC creators and universities, with entrepreneurs able to claim free token packages.
