Stainless steel cylinder shells from Jiangyin Huaping Forging Co., Ltd. serve as the main body of pressure vessels, reactors, columns and filters. Each shell is forged from austenitic, duplex or martensitic stainless steel and can be manufactured up to 4 meters in diameter and 40 tons in weight, giving a dense structure that resists corrosion, high pressure and high temperature. We control the whole route in-house, from heating and forging to heat treatment and machining, and supply shells as rough forgings, semi-finished parts or fully finished cylinders with machined ends and weld grooves. Production follows ISO 9001:2015 requirements, and GB, JB, ASME and EN pressure equipment standards can be applied. Every shell is checked for chemical composition, mechanical properties, hardness and internal defects before leaving our workshop.
