Stainless steel tube sheets from Huaping are core components of shell-and-tube heat exchangers, condensers and pressure vessels. We forge them from austenitic, duplex and martensitic stainless steel, giving excellent corrosion resistance and metallurgical soundness at the tube-to-sheet joints where leakage risk is highest. Forged tube sheets can be produced up to 4 meters in diameter and 40 tons in weight, then rough-machined or finish-machined to your drawing, including drilling of the tube holes. All work is carried out under ISO 9001:2015 control, and applicable requirements of GB, JB, ASME and EN pressure equipment standards are met. Chemistry is checked with a German SPECTRO spectrometer and internal quality with an OND5100 digital ultrasonic flaw detector, ensuring a defect-free and dimensionally accurate tube sheet.
