Huaping wheel forgings are widely used for crane wheels, rail wheels, hoisting drums and other heavy rolling components that must carry high contact loads. Forged wheels have much higher strength, toughness and fatigue resistance than cast wheels, and we can supply them in stainless steel, carbon steel, manganese steel and alloy steel grades. Our equipment handles forgings up to 40 tons and 4 meters in diameter, and the integrated process includes cutting, forging, heat treatment and machining. Treads and hubs can be rough-machined or finish-machined according to customer drawings, with quenching and tempering for the required surface hardness. Products can comply with GB, JB, ASME, EN and JIS standards and are inspected for chemical composition, mechanical properties, hardness and ultrasonic soundness before delivery.
