Our forged shafts are produced from ingots or billets of carbon steel, alloy steel, manganese steel and stainless steel, and delivered as rough blanks, semi-finished parts or fully machined finished shafts. With a 5,000-ton press supported by 8T and 3T electro-hydraulic hammers, we forge step shafts, spindles, roll shafts and large rotor shafts up to 40 tons and 4 meters in diameter per standard production range. Fully controlled heating, forging and heat-treatment processes guarantee sound internal structure and dense grain flow, giving excellent mechanical properties for heavy-duty rotating equipment. Material standards GB, JB, ASME, EN and JIS are all familiar to our technical team. Every shaft can be tested for chemical composition, tensile strength, impact energy, hardness and ultrasonic defects before shipment, ensuring reliable performance in metallurgical, mining, power generation and marine applications.
