Gear forgings from Jiangyin Huaping Forging Co., Ltd. are used as gear blanks and rings for heavy industrial gearboxes, kilns, mills and marine drives. Forged rather than cast, they offer uniform grain flow, high load-bearing capacity and long service life under repeated tooth loading. We forge gear and ring blanks from low and medium carbon steel, manganese steel, alloy steel and stainless steel on presses up to 5,000 tons, with a maximum diameter of 4 meters and a maximum unit weight of 40 tons. Our heat-treatment electric furnaces provide normalizing, quenching and tempering according to required hardness and toughness. Material requirements of GB, JB, ASME, EN and JIS are well understood by our technicians, and each forging is supplied with chemical analysis, mechanical property test results and ultrasonic inspection before machining.
