Jiangyin Huaping Forging Co., Ltd., established in 2003, is a professional manufacturer of stainless steel and carbon steel flanges and forgings. Located at No. 23 Tianhong Road, Zhouzhuang Town, Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, the plant covers 30,000 square meters, including 15,000 square meters of workshops, with an annual capacity of 25,000 tons of forgings. Main production equipment includes one 5,000-ton press, one 8T electro-hydraulic hammer, one 3T electro-hydraulic hammer, two 1T air hammers, two 750kg air hammers, six natural gas automatic temperature-control heating furnaces, 20 band sawing machines, 15 overhead cranes, four heat-treatment electric furnaces, CNC lathes, machining centers, and 50 sets of special auxiliary equipment. We provide a one-stop service covering cutting, forging, heat treatment and machining. We can produce and machine disc, ring, cylinder and shaft forgings up to 40 tons each and 4 meters in diameter, supplied as blanks, semi-finished or finished parts. With more than ten years of experience in low and medium carbon steel, manganese steel, alloy steel, austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel and martensitic stainless steel, our technicians are familiar with GB, JB, ASME, EN and JIS material requirements and manufacturing processes.
