Ms. Li told Jiemu News she and her husband met in college in 2019, with their schools just a street apart. Learning they were both from Helan, they confirmed their relationship after more than a year. 'After graduation we met each other's parents, got along well, and registered our marriage on March 20, 2023. We now work and live in Helan County, Yinchuan, raising our two-year-old daughter, Li Jingxi.' On the daughter's name, she said they did not think much, just picked one.
Mr. Li said that because they share the exact same name, life has its hassles, such as at the bank, where the teller must confirm their names repeatedly. At the hospital, when the doctor calls 'Li Min,' both stand up and the doctor is confused. Similar moments happen often.
