HOHHOT, Aug. 12 - The 2026 Green Computing (Artificial Intelligence) Conference will be held in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, on Aug. 22, according to a press conference held by the Hohhot municipal government on Aug. 12.
Themed 'Building the Road of Computing-Electricity Coordination, Discussing a New Landscape of Token Economy, Creating the Future of Artificial Intelligence Together,' the conference is hosted by the Hohhot municipal government with the participation of the Ulanqab municipal government.
It will include an opening ceremony, keynote speeches, achievement releases and two themed activities as well as nine thematic sessions, comprehensively showcasing the latest results in green computing and artificial intelligence through 'four batches' of initiatives.
The conference will release outcomes such as the Green Computing and Artificial Intelligence Development Report, highlighting progress in building a national integrated computing network.
Leveraging the dual strategic advantages of the national 'East Data, West Computing' project and the China (Inner Mongolia) Pilot Free Trade Zone, the event aims to pool industry consensus, gather development synergy, promote AI empowerment across a wide range of industries, and help build a nationally integrated computing network.
Organizers said the conference will bring together leaders from relevant national ministries, academicians, renowned experts and scholars, and heads of major enterprises to explore the coordinated development of green computing power and artificial intelligence.
