Jiayi JuNao, a national 'little giant' specialized enterprise based in Baoshan's Nanda Smart City, has launched the TAEI embodied-intelligence model, achieving the industry's first continuous autonomous closed-loop of unzipping a bag and retrieving its contents — a solution for high-risk special-industry robotics.
Most robots today only handle rigid-object grasping along preset trajectories and fail on flexible objects like backpacks and cloth. At the launch, a dual-arm robot autonomously unzipped and removed items in a security-check simulation, lightly pinched potato chips without breaking them, and poured water without spilling — validating adaptation to deformable objects and dynamic contact.
The model builds a 'mind-sense-space' enhancement system for perception-execution-correction generalization, and the company also showed dual-arm heavy tracked, single-arm inspection quadruped and dual-arm wheeled lifting hardware, covering bomb disposal, rail transit, petrochemical, mining and emergency response in a 'peacetime-and-emergency dual-use' package.
