On July 20th, it was learned from the signing and industrial cooperation exchange meeting between Longhua District of Shenzhen and Kedah, Malaysia, that the Chinese main port and science and technology innovation operation headquarters of the China Malaysia International High tech Ecological Industrial Park have officially landed in Longhua, Shenzhen.
As the core industry carrier of the Malaysia end of the China Malaysia International High tech Ecological Industrial Park, the Kelapan National Border Industrial Park in Kedah has been fully operational. The park enjoys the special policies of taxation, customs clearance, employment, and land in the Malaysian border special zone, and focuses on undertaking the large-scale production needs of low altitude economy, intelligent manufacturing, new energy, and precision equipment industries in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area. It is a leading bilateral cooperation industry platform between China and Malaysia in northern Malaysia.
The event on the 20th officially confirmed that the Chinese general port and science and technology innovation operation headquarters of the China Malaysia International High tech Ecological Industrial Park have landed in Longhua, Shenzhen. As the core area of advanced manufacturing in Shenzhen, Longhua boasts a complete intelligent manufacturing industry chain, China's leading low altitude economic industrial cluster, and a mature science and technology incubation and cross-border service system. It can fully leverage the advantages of research and development design, sample trial production, technology iteration, and capital gathering in the Greater Bay Area, and deeply complement the location advantages of Kedah's abundant land space, large production capacity, and proximity to the ASEAN market, forming a stable industrial division of labor pattern of "Longhua's research and development innovation, Kedah's large-scale manufacturing, and radiating to the whole ASEAN".
The Investment Cooperation Office of the Kedah Greater Bay Area, which was unveiled on the same day, is also stationed in Longhua and regularly undertakes functions such as industrial docking, project supervision, enterprise visits, and information exchange between the two regions. Relying on the Longhua Chinese General Port, we will focus on carrying out scientific and technological innovation incubation, empowering enterprises to go global, and cross-border investment matching; Relying on the port of Jidadalapan Park, we undertake large-scale production, bonded processing, and distribution in the ASEAN market, achieving efficient transfer and complementary empowerment of industrial resources between the two regions.
