On July 21st, Xu Chengguang, Deputy Minister of Transport, said at a press conference of the State Council Information Office that during the 14th Five Year Plan period, China's national comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network will have a mileage of over 6 million kilometers, with a completion rate of 91% for the main framework of "6 axes, 7 corridors, and 8 channels". The operating mileage of high-speed railways will exceed 50000 kilometers, the opening mileage of high-speed highways will reach 199000 kilometers, the number of berths of 10000 tons and above in ports will reach 3061, and the total number of transportation airports will reach 270. The world's largest and most beneficiary delivery network will be built.
