As of August 7, 2026, the "Yiwu-Europe" China Railway Express has exported over 100,000 TEU (twenty-foot equivalent unit) containers this year, setting a new historical record for the same period and maintaining its position in the first tier of China-Europe freight train operations.
The achievement reflects a continuous optimization of transported goods. According to Jinhua Customs, the range of products shipped via the Yiwu-Europe route has been steadily upgrading, with significantly improved industrial adaptability and product value.
High-end manufacturing products including photovoltaic energy storage components, smart home appliances, precision machine tools, new energy vehicles, and core components have increasingly become the main export goods, replacing traditional low-value commodities.
The Yiwu-Europe China Railway Express currently operates 27 international routes, with business coverage reaching over 160 cities in more than 50 countries and regions, and over 100 overseas stations established. Diversified transport modes including "China-Europe freight train + sea-rail intermodal" and 24/7 automated customs transfer mechanisms ensure efficient operations.
