Super Micro Computer shares posted significant gains, climbing over 5%, after the AI server specialist confirmed it has commenced volume shipments of systems featuring Nvidia's latest Blackwell Ultra AI chips. The company announced the general availability of its Nvidia Blackwell Ultra-based solutions through an official press release, delivering its ready-to-deploy Nvidia HGX B300 systems and GB300 NVL72 racks to customers globally.
Chief executive Charles Liang highlighted the firm's strategic partnership with Nvidia and its track record of rapidly integrating new Nvidia technologies into its server platforms. The successful rollout of Blackwell-based systems represents a major milestone for Super Micro's growth trajectory, providing tangible evidence of the company's ability to execute on its promises and monetize its substantial order book for next-generation AI equipment.
The announcement directly addressed investor concerns about capital constraints and potential delays in revenue recognition that had emerged after its August 5 quarterly report. The positive momentum sets an optimistic tone ahead of the company's next quarterly earnings report, expected in November.
