Nvidia's data-center business drove another year of explosive growth, with the company's Compute & Networking segment reporting $193.5 billion in fiscal 2026 revenue as demand for AI infrastructure continued to scale.
According to the chipmaker's annual filing, the segment rose 66.5 percent year on year. Data-center compute revenue grew 59 percent to $162.4 billion on demand for the Blackwell architecture, while networking revenue jumped 142 percent to $31.4 billion. The segment generated $130.1 billion of operating income.
The figures underline how heavily global AI spending has concentrated on Nvidia's GPUs, as enterprises and hyperscalers build out training and inference capacity for generative AI. The company's graphics segment, outside the data-center focus, also grew 57 percent to $22.5 billion.
Notably, Nvidia confirmed that China data-center revenue is no longer included in its outlook, after export controls and licensing limits effectively removed the company from the high-end Chinese AI-chip market. The company reported it is sustaining triple-digit growth even under a 'zero China revenue' assumption, reflecting the strength of demand elsewhere.
