On September 20, SiliconFlow announced the completion of its B+ second tranche and C rounds, with cumulative financing in 2026 approaching 2.9 billion yuan. Investors include the China Internet Investment Fund, the Guoxin Fund and China Mobile's chain-leader fund.
The company's core business remains converting heterogeneous compute and models into directly callable Token services. After its June B round it was valued at 7.74 billion yuan and has filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; 2025 revenue reached 55.33 million yuan, up 653% year on year.
The raise highlights the strategic weight of inference-token infrastructure as Chinese models proliferate and costs fall. With state-backed and telecom capital on board, SiliconFlow is positioned as a neutral Token-supply layer underpinning the country's fast-growing model ecosystem.
