Dacia's second-generation Spring will be built at Renault's Novo Mesto plant in Slovenia, replacing production previously based in Wuhan, China. Starting at around EUR 18,000, with the full range under EUR 20,000 before incentives, the model qualifies for European-only subsidies and is exempt from EU tariffs on Chinese-built EVs. The car uses a 60 kW front motor and a 27.5 kWh CATL LFP battery, delivering up to 250 km WLTP range. Engineering is handled through Renault's Shanghai centre.
