On September 6, 2026, the "Culture-Led, Digital Empowerment, Opportunities Shared" cultural-tourism consumption innovation event was held at the Yiwu Global Digital Trade Center. The China Cultural Media Group's "Cultural Tourism China, Chinese Gifts" Yiwu project was officially launched during the event.
Jointly hosted by the China Cultural Media Group and Zhejiang China Small Commodities City Group, the project adopts the concept of "mountains and rivers as gifts, craftsmanship as vessels." It focuses on five directions: intangible cultural heritage crafts, cultural-creative living products, China-chic fashion, tea and food elegance, and Chinese ceremonial gifts.
The project aims to build a full-chain service system covering IP introduction, licensing matchmaking, product development, brand operation, and cross-border trade. Leveraging Yiwu's complete global small commodities supply chain and worldwide trade network, it will upgrade short-term exhibition matchmaking into a normalized, sustainable, full-ecosystem IP-licensing industrial operation model, creating a "never-ending licensing exhibition."
The move provides stable full-chain support for mainland cultural IP going overseas and is expected to add a new growth pillar to Yiwu's traditional commodity export business.
