Under a core-technology list system, the province is tackling 'chokepoint' technologies such as automotive-grade chips and all-solid-state batteries, while deepening 'vehicle-component coordination' and cross-region 'fly-in' cooperation to strengthen the local supply chain.
The move reflects how major provincial economies are betting on NEVs as a pillar of advanced manufacturing, competing not just on assembly but on the harder layers of chips and next-generation batteries.
