Factors affecting the smooth operation of eccentric shaft assembly of hydraulic cone crusher: 1, located in the wear disc below the eccentric assembly wear, as far as the structure is concerned, the wear disc plays a supporting role in the whole assembly, but when it wears, the supporting force can not be balanced, it will make the whole assembly can not run smoothly. 2, the quality of the bushing is not qualified, the quality of the bushing is not good, can not meet the requirements, frequent replacement, but because of the bushing and the shelf body and eccentric shaft strict installation requirements, in the replacement is very troublesome, if handled improperly, it will cause the assembly operation is not smooth.

Requirements for no-load test :(1) after the assembly of spring cone crusher, the motor with the same working speed and the lubrication station with similar performance shall be used in the factory for no less than 2h no-load test continuously. (2) The automatic speed of crushing cone should not be greater than 15r/min. (3) Periodic noise is not allowed in bevel gears. (4) The oil supply pressure should be in the range of 0.04 ~ 0.1mpa, and the oil return temperature should not exceed 50℃. Load test requirements :(1) continuous operation for 72h, (2) oil supply pressure should be in the range of 0.04 ~ 0.1mpa, and oil return temperature should not exceed 60℃.
