The working principle of hydraulic cone breaking is shown in the figure below. The hydraulic oil is pressed into the lower part of the plunger of the hydraulic cylinder, the crushing cone rises, and the slag discharge mouth shrinks. Adjust the current of the cone break protection device so that it cannot be forcibly started or instantaneously protected trip under heavy load.
The internal cleaning of the cone crusher, because the ore processing process will produce a lot of dust, so in the process of use must pay attention to dust, and prevent water from entering the hydraulic oil. To clean the hydraulic system, it is recommended to use the same type of hydraulic oil for cleaning, so as not to damage the cone crusher. When replacing hydraulic oil, be sure to use a filter and clean the filter at the same time. When refueling, please follow the specified oil level range. Pay attention to the replacement time of hydraulic oil, and replace the cone crusher immediately after the hydraulic oil is still hot. This will help to drain old oil and sediment.
The crusher shall have an interlocking system of electrical protection devices and auxiliary equipment. Overload protection device of crusher spring should be safe and reliable. The safety operation sign should be fixed in the obvious position of the crusher. The noise SPL of crusher in no-load operation should not exceed 90dB(A). Cone crusher has standard, medium, short head three kinds of crushing chamber, spring and hydraulic two kinds of support, has the advantages of reliable work and light wear, less dust, not easy to crush. Standard cone crusher is selected for stone crushing processing.
