Mercedes-Benz Korea announced on September 1 that it will launch the all-new CLA and begin pre-orders for its electric versions, the first production models based on the next-generation modular architecture MMA. The CLA 200 Electric and CLA 250+ Electric deliver up to 165 kW and 200 kW respectively, with WLTP ranges of 542 km and 792 km. Both feature an 800V fast-charging system supporting up to 200 kW and 320 kW, recharging from 10% to 80% in about 20 and 22 minutes. The new CLA debuts Mercedes' MB.OS vehicle operating system with the MBUX Super Screen, and a 48V mild-hybrid CLA 220 goes on sale in Korea within the month. Prices for the electric models range from 52.9 million to 67.7 million Korean won, with first deliveries expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.
