Chemical industry centrifugal mortar pump
Uhb-zk corrosion resistant and wear-resisting mortar pump belongs to cantilever type single stage single suction centrifugal pump. It is made of steel lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. It has strong corrosion resistance and excellent wear resistance. The pump is widely used for the transport of acid, alkali, salt strong oxidant, organic solvent and other media of arbitrary concentration with a temperature below 100 degrees and a solid content (not limited to hard and soft particles) of not more than 40%.
Features:
UHB - ZK series corrosion resistant mortar pump is designed for conveying a certain corrosive liquid which contains fine particle or has crystallized media. The steel liner ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene manufacturing process has the corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The structure of cantilever with front open door, semi-open impeller (excellent cover plate) enhance particles and impurities into the liquids to pass the flow passage and pump cavity without congestion. Shaft seal is for K type fluorine rubber seal ring with cooling jacket and has the corrosion and wear resistance.
Pump is widely used in metal smelting, titanium dioxide, fine chemical industry, fertilizer and other industries. In addition, fluoroplastic liner can be used according to customers' special requirements for corrosion resistance or temperature resistance, and can also be customized for special flow, head (non-standard model).
Application:
Pump is widely applicable to transfer acid, alkali, salt, oil, food and beverage, alcohol, organic solvent, and other liquids. It is especially for transporting the highly corrosive liquid containing fine particles. Temperature: -20℃ to 95℃, particle diameter: ≤40 mesh, Concentration: ≤50%.
