AI video-generation platform Higgsfield closed a $400 million funding round at a $5.4 billion post-money valuation, with investors including DST Global, Goldman Sachs, Liberty Global, and Intel. The two-year-old startup, founded by former Snap executive Alex Mashrabov, is shifting from consumer and creator tools toward enterprise marketing subscriptions. Annualized revenue reached $700 million in August, up from about $20 million a year earlier, with more than 30 million users across 238 countries and territories. The new capital is earmarked for enterprise product, safety, and large-scale compute reservations as brands adopt AI to produce many videos per day rather than single campaigns.
