Design and Installation of Changzhou System Windows

Design points: building exterior windows should preferably use system windows. Set R&D targets and apply systems-integration thinking, considering region, building type and window form. Exterior-window system design covers scheme design, performance simulation and optimisation, processing design, performance testing, and installation-process design, plus dedicated accessories matched to the window construction. System-designed products must pass technical evaluation and experimental verification with stated performance values. Engineering design selects compliant products from the developed systems and performs selection design and performance re-check. Installation requirements: before construction, inspect site conditions, clear debris around the opening, measure the opening size and confirm position and opening direction. Choose materials meeting national/industry standards; glass needs strength and insulation; silicone must be a quality brand suited to temperature. Ensure vertical and horizontal alignment, install materials correctly into the frame for sealing and stability, then inspect and test. Fix with stainless screws at the quantity and positions required by the manufacturer, tapping the frame gently with a rubber mallet so it fits tightly to the wall.
