1. Add measured eco-industrial coating to a clean, dry dip-coating tank, start the circulation pump, slowly add pure water (diluent) 5%-20% (per film thickness and temperature), mix evenly, and mature 1-2 days (until foam fully disappears during circulation).
2. Before workpieces enter the tank, blow off any local water with compressed air, especially in seams.
3. Use: start circulation pump, best temperature 25 deg C, viscosity 20-30 s, time about 2 min. After removal, drain vertically 20-30 min, send to oven, heat to 70 +/-5 deg C for 15 min, rise to 120 deg C for 20-30 min, then remove. If no appearance issues, physical testing after 48 h.
4. Maintenance: keep tank clean, minimize contamination; always run circulation pump when heating to avoid local overheating; tank temperature must not exceed 40 deg C. If idle long, run pump 1-2 h every 3 days to maintain activity. Tank pH should be 8.0-8.5.
5. Clean the tank every 6 months.
6. If heating fails, dipping still works by adjusting viscosity below 20 deg C, but below 5 deg C the tank cannot be used.
