Construction Requirements for Water-based Industrial Paint

Water-based industrial paint needs no other solvent, is clean and eco-friendly and easy to use, so it is spreading in industrial equipment production. Construction requirements: 1) Never let the paint contact oil substances, in storage or use; dilute with water as needed but not over ~10%. 2) Wide temperature range - normally above 5 C; before application thoroughly remove oil, sand and rust from the surface so the coating adheres; apply by spray or brush. 3) Follow the process strictly - coat neither too thick nor too thin, do not arbitrarily change the amount; use quality paint from large regular makers and never expired paint, or the result suffers.
