Eco-friendly water-based industrial paint uses water as diluent, contains no organic solvent, benzene, toluene, formaldehyde, free TDI or heavy metals; non-toxic, odorless, harmless, pollution-free, with full, crystal-clear, flexible films that resist water, wear, aging and yellowing and dry fast. It applies to wood, metal, plastic, glass and building surfaces. Tips - water-based wood coatings by binder: 1) Acrylate (styrene-/acrylic emulsion) - low cost, moderate hardness, poor film/build, matt, weak wear, usually blended; 2) Polyurethane dispersion (aromatic/aliphatic; aliphatic better weathering) - good film, high gloss, wear-resistant, for gloss floor paint; 3) Acrylic-modified PU dispersion - balanced cost, self-crosslinking or two-component, good hardness/fast dry/wear/chemicals/low yellowing, for gloss-matt, primer, outdoor; 4) Water-based urethane oil - single-component, oxidative, needs drier, fast, glossy, hard, wear/water resistant, for floor; 5) Water-based two-component PU - OH dispersion + aliphatic water-based hardener, crosslinks to raise water resistance, hardness, fullness and gloss, low yellowing, ideal outdoors.
