Water-based industrial paint is widely used in industrial production and daily life because its properties meet those needs. The product is highly conductive, so spraying lets automatic systems perform best; to stop high-voltage static leaking into the main loop, an internal plunger pump usually replaces gear pumps and the spray circuit is isolated from the main circulation line to prevent danger. Winter construction: keep the paint in a heated environment, indoor temperature steady and not below 10 C; when mixing with other materials do not add other paint all at once - change slowly, assign a dedicated person to measure temperature and manage doors/windows to expel moisture. Summer construction: add anti-blushing water to the paint to prevent moisture whitening and keep good ventilation.
