Water-based industrial paint is used widely because its properties meet industrial and daily needs. In use its main component is water, so the circulation system must be all stainless steel. The product is highly conductive, so spraying lets automatic systems perform best; to prevent high-voltage static leakage into the main loop, an internal plunger pump often replaces gear pumps and the spray circuit is disconnected from the main circulation line for safety. Winter: apply in a heated environment, indoor temperature steadily not below 10 C; when mixing with other materials, do not add other paint at once - transition slowly, assign a person to measure temperature and manage doors/windows to expel moisture. Summer: add anti-blushing agent to the paint to prevent moisture whitening, and keep good ventilation.
