Formulation, Manufacturing Process and Features of Eco-friendly Water-based Industrial Paint

Eco-friendly water-based industrial paint uses water as diluent and needs no curing agent, thinner or solvent - a new water-based anti-rust and anti-corrosion coating distinct from oil-based industrial paint. It is odorless, generally non-flammable and non-explosive for easy transport, and can be diluted with tap water while tools and containers are also cleaned with tap water, greatly cutting painting cost. Fast drying raises efficiency and lowers labor cost. It applies to automobiles, ships, power grids, machinery, containers, railways, bridges, boilers and steel structures. Do not mix with oil-based substances; stir well before use and dilute with water as needed. Apply by brush, roller, spray or dip. Before application remove oil, sand, debris and loose rust (rust layer under 120 microns). Store above 0 C in a cool dry place, protected from freezing and sunlight.
