Application environment: temperature 10-30 C, relative humidity below 85%; extremes affect film drying and adhesion. Keep good ventilation to speed up water evaporation and film cure. Surface preparation: clean the substrate, free of dust, oil and impurities; fill cracks and holes, sand the surface to improve adhesion. Tools: brushes and rollers suit small or complex areas, spray guns suit large surfaces; tools can be cleaned with water, reducing solvent use. Technique: stir thoroughly for even pigment/binder distribution; apply thin rather than thick, in multiple coats, each after the previous is dry; after completion, periodically inspect the coating and promptly repair scratches or peeling.
